Stanowisko: Business Analyst

On behalf of our Client, an international consulting company, we are looking for Business Analysts with knowledge of English and French or just English. Employed candidates will participate in an interesting, international projects from the insurance sector.

• Key Responsibilities include
• Prepare and reconcile descriptions of business requirements for IT projects and changes in IT systems.
• Managing the scope of defined business requirements in the spirit of agile methods.
• Support of the Business Owner assigned area in current operational work, including. Implementation of business analysis process.
• Support of Test Teams and Project Managers in the preparation and execution of testing of changes introduced in IT systems.
• Providing operational support to users with regard to new functionalities implemented through the implementation of IT projects and changes.

• Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of insurance or similar experience.
• Experience in financial insurance.
• Experience in insurance accounting- nice to have.
• Knowledge of the specificities of the insurance market in France- nice to have.
• Higher education preferred from the field of financial services – or related.
• Very good French and English or just English .
• Very good communication and teamwork skills.
